Fish order forms for both spring and fall (same form is used) are available as a PDF below and are due to PCSWCD the Friday before fish delivery/pick up. Paper copies are available for pick up at the USDA Service Center (1209 Bear Lane, Monticello IL). If you would like a form mailed to you, please call (217) 762-2146 ext. 101
Channel catfish, Largemouth bass, Fathead minnows, Black crappie, Hybrid bluegill, Standard bluegill, Standard redear, Triploid grass carp (will not reproduce). Pond dye, fish food, fish feeder items available upon request.
