PFC

The Partners for Conservation (PFC) Fund Program can provide up to 75% cost-share assistance and other financial incentives for the construction or adoption of projects that conserve soil and protect water quality. The PFC program is funded by the Illinois Department of Agriculture, administered by local SWCDs, and helps cover project implementation and management costs for landowners when funds are available. Practices eligible for cost-share support through the PFC program include:

-Cover Crops

-Conservation Cover (pollinator plantings)

-Waterways

-Terraces/WASCOBS

-Grade Stabilization Structure

-Filter Strips

-No Till/ Strip Till

-Well Decommissioning
